Rules of the Sale
Entry to LLDSS sales events is always by a numbered card on which are printed these Rules of Sale.
Entrance to all LLDSS sales events acknowledges acceptance of these rules.
* LLD Specialty Sales, LLC is the managing agent for the seller at this location. Everyone who enters the premises must have a numbered card for buying and/or bidding. Acceptance of this card also implies that you have agreed to the LLDSS Terms of Sale.
* Entry to the sale is by number only, which will also be referenced on your invoices.
* All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and once they have been paid for the buyer has total responsibility for removal and any loss or damage.
* Buyers must remove their purchases by end of
sale or make other arrangements with third parties and notify LLDSS.
* All persons entering the sale premises agree to hold harmless the property owner and their agent, LLD Specialty Sales, from any personal injury or loss or damage to any personal property.
* LLD Specialty Sales is dedicated to producing quality sales events. Therefore we do not offer items for prior sale and we never allow early bird buying.
* Please note that the objective of LLDSS sales events is to maximize sales for our clients, therefore all sales are final and there are no refunds.
* We accept Visa, MC, AMX or personal checks proper ID. Absentee and on line bidders can pay via PayPal to service@lldspecialtysales.com.
* We are all guests in this location. Please act appropriately & have a good time!
